Let me introduce myself. I am a consultant and personal coach and have over 20 years experience in a large Financial Services organisation. I have managed projects involving organisational development and distribution strategy before moving on to Learning and Development consultancy.
I am a Master Practioner in NLP, which enables me to support you to make a difference in your work and the world at large. I can offer one-to-one coaching which will lead to change in both your business and personal life. I also provide consultancy to establish the learning needs of an organisation, right through to identifying and sourcing the appropriate solutions.
I believe that business today is a challenge and an opportunity for us each to fulfill our true potential. My main focus is to help you find the motivation and drive to achieve what you want to achieve and help your teams to do the same.
