Swedish and therapeutic massage and Sports and remedial massage. During Mike’s time of employment with the fire service, he had seen many people suffering from all types of injuries, as well as in the world of fitness of which he is a great enthusiast. An accident at work resulted in Mike injuring his shoulder. After attending the fire service therapy centre for 4 weeks and receiving remedial massage therapy, he was completely convinced of the difference this made, not only to his own shoulder but also to those injuries of his colleagues. These experiences inspired Mike to train in massage.
