Conquer Asthma by following the asthma care programme

- Buteyko Breathing Techniques
- Advice on correct Diet and correct Sleeping positions
- How to exercise safely and correctly
- How to control bouts of Coughing
- How to detect and manage an imminent Asthma Attack
Just 4 sessions spread over 2-3 weeks, gives you ample time to practise and become familiar with the exercises given, time to ask pertinent questions and get feedback from your trainer.
You leave the course able to
- use the Buteyko technique to control symptoms
- improve your standard of health to a level where you will no longer experience any symptoms
- measure your progress
- Detect any deterioration in level of health and how to rectify the situation.
- Know the medications you are currently taking, and when you are ready to request a reduction in the dose, from your doctor.

Courses run in Perth and Edinburgh and are scheduled in 2008 for May and September.
